The Arctic Skinner knife kit is a great daily-carry sized skinning knife blade. It has an overall length of 10 inches. The blade is a 5.25 inch upswept skinner blade design and is made of .156 inch 440C stainless steel. It is hollow ground with a beautiful satin finish and comes pre-drilled with two (2) .187 inch holes for handle pins (stainless steel – included). This skinning knife design also has a .250 inch thong hole pre-drilled in the rear of the handle (tubing not included). This version of the Arctic Skinner is the combo kit. It comes with the Arctic Skinner blade plus Purpleheart handle scales and stainless steel pinstock to simplify the completion process. This is a great project blade for a weekend knife making session. Spend some quality workshop time with this skinning knife kit and enjoy the fun of custom knife making and customization.
